I Participated in IES Tokyo Summer 2005 study abroad program while living with a Japanese family in Chiba prefecture. This experience taught me the basics of Japanese language, culture and history. It also inspired me to seek work in ESL abroad after college graduation.

I tutored students in History and Writing at both high school and university level.

I also spent two weeks assisting and observing Advanced Placement U.S. History classes at Neshaminy High School.

I volunteered for four years at Medical Center at Princeton’s unit for the elderly; where I cooked for residents, performed recreational therapy and provided transportation and planned group social activities.
